An example of my father's genius. 2 days back in my gym, me and Papa were sitting alone reminiscing old days when Mummy was around. Suddenly a melody appeared out of the blues like a spark in my mind, of a song of Rafi saheb that Papa used to sing when O was a kid. Dhalti jaaye raat..Kehdo dil ki baat...something like that.
Hadn't heard this sing in 30 years I think. Papa started singing it. I suddenly asked him who could be the composer! S J or? Pat came thr reply "Lachhiraam"!!!!! Wowwah! Now who's that for me being such 'keeda' hadn't heard of a composer of this name! Went on YouTube. ..found d song and composer; it IS LACHHIRAM TOMAR. Hail Mr Agam Kumar Nigam! Respects.
